Thank you so much for registering to exhibit at the 2024 Springfield Multicultural Festival, scheduled for Monday, January 15, at the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center, 2546 N Glenstone Ave, Springfield, MO.
The doors will be open to the public from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. While General admission tickets will be $7 and free for kids 12 and younger. There is no additional charge for anyone working as an exhibitor in a registered booth.
The set-up time for all exhibitors is Monday, January 15, the day of the event. We are asking all of our exhibitors to please check in between 9:00 am – 11:30 am at the (COCO) entrance in the convention center. If you have volunteers arriving after 12 pm, please have them check in at the (COCO) festival entrance. All exhibitors get in free of charge.
Feel free to unload your items in the half-circle drive near the convention center entrance. Once you have unloaded your items, please park your vehicle in the parking lots North, East or South of the convention center.
At each exhibit booth, we will provide an 8’ table (tablecloth covering and skirt) and 2 chairs. Each booth will have a black 10’ tall backdrop. There will be 2-3 feet between each booth.
Electrical outlets will be available to exhibitors who have requested this utility on their registration form. If you missed this on the form or did not get a form, please contact our office as soon as possible to make arrangements. There is an additional $50 charge for an electrical plug-in.
Musical performances will start at 1:00 pm and continue throughout the day until about 3 pm. Prior to the pandemic, attendance at the festival has been between 2,500 – 3,000.
